We are deeply appreciative of the warm welcome and hospitality we have received

Indeed China and South Africa share a rich history founded on understanding, deep sincerity, mutual respect and a friendship that has grown over many years ensuring positive diplomatic relations.

The friendship and trust between our countries has seen an increase of bilateral economic ties between China and South Africa. We are encouraged by the strong trade between South Africa and China, indeed may the agreements to benefit both countries continue to grow beneficially.

We have great admiration for China in the manner they have alleviated poverty in a short period of time and we are grateful to China for the continued efforts and guidance, and valuable support to the social and economic development of South Africa and her people.

The people to people exchange mechanism between the two countries is applauded by Parliament as it addresses co-operation of poverty from grass roots levels.

We applaud China for its interest in rural development in South Africa. The efforts by China and strategies is assisting poor communities in rural areas through revitalisation programs which is empowering local communities and we are deeply appreciative and our gratitude cannot be overemphasised

We have much to learn from China, the constructive modernisation and we are encouraged by this visit to learn more and implement the continuous knowledge extended and to benefit from the modernisation that China is generously sharing

We are eternally grateful for China’s support for peace in Palestine and the support of China on steps taken by South Africa to date to end the genocide and to bring Peace through the ICJ case and to end the genocide being committed by the unlawful state of israel against the people of Palestine.

We need to hold to account the criminal elements of Netanyahu and his counterparts and ensure they are prosecuted through the international criminal courts. These criminal actions are a global threat
