An informal village in Paarl burnt down recently, Al Jama-ah responded!
Al Jama-ah Drakenstein members were immediately on the scene, assisting victims of the fire which destroyed eight houses and 12 shacks of backyard dwellers in Smartietown, Paarl. The fire left 77 people homeless.
Sending our members out to gather clothing, blankets, and other supplies for distribution amongst the families who had lost their homes in the fire.
Al jama-ah continues to assist with aid for the an informal village residents.
