JANUARY – JULY 2023

During the latter part of January and beginning February all focus was on the Kensington by-election.

I attended most of the meetings, assisted the candidate with campaigning, and supported campaigners with general guidance. We packed 120 gift packs for older persons in Kensington.

But we started too late. We should have started in December/January with service delivery and getting to know our voters.

Supported and arranged soccer matches for local youth
Phillipi with Mll Ely.
Gave 2 Soccer balls to Beacon of Hope Soccer.
2x balls to Wymo football club in Woodstock.
2 x balls for Mll Ely soccer club.
2 x soccer balls Ashley Rovers.

Education:
Initiated a programme with MGLA to support our learners with difficulties. The issue is rather critical. We have to close the gap. Our learners have significant challenges with reading. MGLA serves in MPlain and other areas assisting learners with difficulty. I am pleased with their work, so it should make a difference.
