Cllr Ahmed Stulweni from the AL JAMA-AH political party with Mr. Khaya Solly of Drakenstein Municipality and Mr Jeff Swartz from the Department of Land Reform and Rural Development visited the owner of the Nantes Farm to get clarity regarding the situation of the farmers.
After visiting the owner of the farm, they went to talk to farmers regarding developments and progress of the problems on the farm.
An hour before their visit, a fire broke out which is a concern as there is not sufficient water in the Jojo tank to handle huge fires.
