The Christmas holidays can be a difficult time for people. Especially the elderly, the lonely and those who have lost loved ones.
Recognising the need in the community, Cllr Stulweni recently hosted a Christmas party for the elderly in Ward 23 –
to celebrate them –
and to make them feel seen, loved and appreciated.
